Address lookup terms & privacy

Our quote form uses Google Maps Platform to suggest job site addresses and estimate one-way driving mileage from our yard. You can also type your address and enter mileage manually.

How address lookup uses your information

When you type in the address suggestion field, the search text is sent to Google through our server. Selecting a suggestion requests its street address, city and ZIP code. Checking distance sends the destination and our yard location to Google. These searches do not send your quote contact name, email, phone number or material selections to Google.

We do not keep a database of Google address suggestions. The delivery address you choose and the mileage used to price your submitted quote are included with that quote so our team can review and arrange the delivery.

Google processes location-service requests under its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this address lookup privacy notice.

Terms of use

By using these Google-powered location features, you agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, incorporated into these terms. Driving mileage is an estimate for quoting. It does not confirm that a road, gate or job site is suitable for a particular truck. Dispatch confirms access, routing and final delivery charges.
