    02

    Where is it going?

    When do you need it?

    Checking the schedule…

Time of day — a preference, not a booking

We cannot promise a time — dispatch works the route in the most efficient order. Tell us what suits you and we will honor it where the run allows.

Before we roll — your site

    • There is at least 50 feet to turn around

Our trucks and trailers cannot turn in less. If we cannot turn around we cannot deliver.

    • Nothing overhead lower than 10 feet

No barns, garages, carports or low branches on the route in or at the dump spot.

    • No power lines over the dump spot

The bed goes straight up to dump. Anything above it is a hazard.

    • There is room to raise the bed

A transfer truck has to lift the bed fully to unload. It needs clear height and level ground.

    • The ground is firm enough for a loaded truck

Soft, wet or freshly filled ground will bog a loaded truck. Recovery is at your cost.

    • No septic, leach field or irrigation lines on the route

A loaded truck will crush buried lines. Tell us where they are and we will keep off them.

    • We can get in, and we know where to dump

Gate code or someone on site, and a clear spot marked for the material.

If a truck gets there and cannot safely dump, the haul is still charged. The truck, the driver and the round trip are already spent by then — same as the refund policy on every other load.

Access limits, gate codes, spread vs pile, time windows.
